Define measurable acceptance criteria
- Body measurements target ±1 cm
- Neck width target ±0.5 cm
- Sleeve length target ±1 cm
- Shrinkage target ≤3% for confirmed fabric and wash
- AQL 2.5 or approved buyer inspection standard
Sample timing
Usually 7–14 working days
Timing starts after the design, materials, sample scope and payment are confirmed. Complex wash or decoration may require additional approval steps.
