Standard private label production can start from 100 pieces per style and 50 pieces per color. Selected decoration programs may start from 50 pieces per design. Garment dyeing, custom fabric or complex washes may require a higher MOQ after technical review.
Indicative project ranges are USD 12–25 per piece at 100 pieces, USD 12–20 at 300 pieces, and USD 10–15 at 500–1,000 pieces. Final price depends on fabric, GSM, decoration, labels, packaging, size range and delivery terms.
Yes. Sales and development samples typically take 7–14 working days after design details and payment are confirmed. Typical sample cost is USD 80–150 per style, depending on complexity.
For an approved bulk order of 300 pieces or more, the agreed sample fee can be credited against the production order. The exact credit is confirmed in the quotation.
Normal bulk production is typically 15–30 working days after sample approval, deposit, materials and production schedule are confirmed. Peak-season orders may require 20–40 working days.
Standard terms are 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment. T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance and Apple Pay may be available depending on the order and destination.
Available terms include DDP, FOB, EXW and DAP. Orders can move by express courier, air, sea or rail, subject to destination, quantity and delivery deadline.
Yes. We support US sizing, EU sizing and custom measurement charts from XS to 5XL. Fit samples and approved measurement tolerances become the reference for bulk production.
Available options include combed cotton, ring-spun cotton, CVC, heavyweight cotton, selected organic cotton, stretch and blended fabrics. Common production weights range from 180 to 320 GSM.
Yes. We support neck labels, care labels, hangtags and custom retail packaging. These items are quoted separately unless they are explicitly included in the production quotation.
Quality checkpoints include incoming material inspection, cutting inspection, inline production inspection, final inspection and packing inspection. Final sampling can follow AQL 2.5 or an approved buyer standard.
